Trek the Heaven (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a trekking company that operates guided treks, expeditions, and outdoor experiences in the Indian Himalayas. We are not travel agents; all treks are conducted by our in-house guides, support teams, and partners.
2. Eligibility
By booking with us, you confirm that:

You are physically and mentally fit to participate in the trek.
3. Health & Fitness

Some treks require high physical fitness.

You must disclose any medical conditions, past injuries, or allergies before booking.

4. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after full/advance payment is received.

All participants must submit valid ID proof before departure.
5. Weather & Itinerary Changes

Himalayan weather is unpredictable.

Trek the Heaven reserves the right to modify the itinerary, route, stay, or services to ensure safety.

Delays due to weather, landslides, political unrest, roadblocks, or natural calamities are beyond our control.
6. Participant Conduct
You agree to:

Follow instructions given by trek leaders.

Respect local culture, wildlife, and the environment.

Avoid alcohol or drugs during the trek.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk or creates disturbance.
7. Personal Belongings
We take no responsibility for:

Loss or damage to personal items

Mobile phones, cameras, or valuables
8. Risk Acceptance
Trekking involves inherent risks such as altitude sickness, slips, weather changes, wildlife encounters, etc.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
9. Liability
Trek the Heaven shall not be held liable for:

Accidents, injuries, or illness

Third-party transport delays

Natural calamities or events beyond our control
10. Photography & Media
By joining a trek, you grant us permission to use trek photos/videos for social media and marketing, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Uttarakhand courts.
